Admittedly we had a glitch, but it was a manufacturer issue, and Big Bob's (specifically Sydney) worked with them on resolving the issue, and getting new product down. I know she stayed on it daily, and she answered every question and update I requested. Ultimately, my floors look awesome, and I'm super pleased.
